Making a Will

“According to the Joseph Rowntree Foundation more than half the people in the UK do not have a will”
Source: Daily Telegraph 1st Sept 2007

At the birth of your children a will is the last thing on your mind as you enjoy the happiness a newborn brings.

Nevertheless in the same way that you organise your home for the new arrival, you need to organise your affairs for all eventualities, however remote they may seem.

In relation to children, making a will is about ensuring that your family are provided for emotionally and financially in the event of your death.

Deciding on legal guardians in the event of death is a key consideration.

Also if you are not married you need to be aware of how the law will determine how your your assets (known as your estate) are distributed if you do not have a will.

We work with www.wills.org.uk allowing you to make your wills on-line at an affordable price.
